Every MotoCampers trailer is assembled to a finish standard first. Panels sit straight, seams are sealed, welds are continuous where they carry load, and fasteners are chosen so they don't bleed rust down a fresh body after one wet season.
Internal height, door placement, ramp width and tie-down positions are set by how loads are actually handled — walking a bike in, sliding a fridge past a wheel arch, or reaching shelving without stepping outside.
Electric brakes, LED road and interior lighting, ply lining, jockey wheel and lockable doors are part of the build, not a list of extras. You compare a finished trailer against a finished trailer, not a base price.
Sealed against dust and driving rain, braced for corrugations and specified for coastal Queensland humidity and salt air. These trailers work between Cairns and Melbourne, not just around the block.
